Cote d’Azur Villas is a privately owned company specialising in the rental of luxury villas in the South of France. Established in 2003 with a dozen villas for rent near the picturesque village Valbonne, Côte d’Azur Villas now offers more than 200 properties in towns and villages across the Côte d’Azur, St Tropez and Provence.

Centrally located for the whole of the Cote d’Azur, with offices in Valbonne-Sophia Antipolis, Cote d’Azur Villas now employs a professional team with extensive experience in villa and hotel management, both locally and internationally. In addition, we also have representatives across the region in St Tropez, Fayence and St Remy de Provence. Our growing network across the South of France ensures that whichever villa you choose, wherever you are located, an experienced member of Cote d’Azur Villas’ staff will be there to meet and welcome you to the property. From the start to the end of your holiday, we are on-hand to answer any questions you may have, to deal with any problems, and to ensure that you have a fantastic holiday on the Cote d’Azur.

We are a licensed French Estate Agent and are obliged by French law to carry professional indemnity insurance and to hold all clients money in a separate account which is covered by a specific insurance policy.
