Long Term Rental Executive
We are looking for a top-notch Long Term Rental Executive to join our dynamic team of Real Estate professionals!
You will be part of the rental team, but you will specifically handle the Long Term Rentals Business, in order to manage our existing Business and develop new Business. You will handle the rental process from beginning to the end and will do whatever it takes to ensure a successful and timely close. You will also stay informed of all legal aspects of Long Term Rentals.
Selling/Renting a home is personal and emotional, so you must not only be proactive, but also have good interpersonal skills to find the perfect fit for your clients.
So, if you are great at building relationships, speak French and English, know how to prioritize tasks and how to manage your time well, and are a team player, we want you!
Location: Sophia Antipolis
Contract: CDD renewable to CDI
Salary: + commission

INTERNSHIP / Holiday Rentals / Operations

We are looking for 2 eager summer interns to work with our operations teams during the summer of 2024 for both of our offices located in Sophia Antipolis/Valbonne and Saint-Tropez (La Croix Valmer).
Your primary goals will be assisting in rentals organisation and extra services. The work will involve all aspects of the department. The position is a full-time internship and is from mid-April (beginning of May) to end of August/September.
Location: Sophia-Antipolis/ Valbonne or Saint-Tropez (La Croix-Valmer)
Contract: Paid internship, full time (Saturday working with a day off in the week) * Accommodation not provided
The Company: Cote d'Azur Villas is the leading villa rental company on the Cote d'Azur, from Monaco to St Tropez and in Provence.
Essential Missions:
1. Answer to the extra services' requests from incoming tenants
2. Prepare the clients' arrival
3. Assist the Operations Manager with the organization of all extra services
4. Meeting and Greeting the tenants at the villas
And many other exciting tasks to ensure a smooth season!
You are:

- Have a driving license and a car
- Speak both English & French
