We are qualified French estate agents with over 20 years experience in France, and are one of the few firms resident on the Cote d’Azur who are both Chartered Surveyors and hold the Carte Professionelle issued by the Prefecture des Alpes Maritimes, so you know you are in good hands. With offices in Valbonne, we manage properties all over the Alpes Maritimes and eastern Var.

Standard Services
Weekly or fortnightly inspections of the property, to include:
- Inspection of security systems, door locks and alarms
- Inspection of water, electricity and telephone/internet connections
- Inspection of the general fabric of the villa for defects
- Inspection of mechanical and electrical systems in operation at the villa
- Management of staff working at the property, including pool & garden maintenance and cleaner
Extra Services
- Organisation of laundry and preparation of the villa for owners occupation
- Stocking the kitchen prior to arrival
- Reporting any defects to the owner and recommendation of qualified tradesmen for repairs if needed
- Car hire and airport transfers for owner as required
- Organisation of babysitters, chefs, chauffeurs etc.
- Forwarding or local handling of any mail delivered to the villa
- Translation of documents and interpretation for administrative matters in France
- Payment of third party invoices (i.e. telephone, electricity, gas, fuel, water, insurance local taxes, tradesmen and repair bills)
