Welcome to Côte d’Azur Villas page dedicated uniquely to help you make your holiday with us a truly memorable one.
In this section we have listed everything you might need to know before your arrival.
Please have a read through & make the most of your holiday here on the beautiful French Riviera.
CHECK IN TIME IS between 4 PM and 8 PM on the day of your arrival (or later by arrangement). We cannot allow for early arrivals as our staff need the time to prepare the villa for your arrival. Once you know your time of arrival please email us at anne@cdvillas.com.
CHECK OUT TIME IS BEFORE 10 AM on the day of your departure. Please respect check out time even in the case of a late flight.
All of our villas are provided with high quality linen and towels. Linen is changed on a weekly basis if your stay is longer than 7 days. We will provide you with fresh linen and a quick clean at your convenience. Should you require an additional linen change during your stay we will be glad to provide it. The cost is 25€ per person. If you require any extra cleaning during your stay we can arrange a maid service at between 15 and 22€ per hour to be paid locally. Please contact us at anne@cdvillas.com.
Our Prestige villas may include a mid-week maid service.
Babysets include a travel cot with linen, a highchair and a changing mat and can be hired for 30€.
We can also arrange for one of our reliable babysitters to look after your children. Please contact us at anne@cdvillas.com to reserve.
At your villa you will find welcome toiletries along with toilet rolls and basic cleaning products.
Should you arrive late we will be glad to arrange for any groceries that you require to be delivered to your villa. You can email your shopping list to anne@cdvillas.com.
NB. The MINIMUM charge is Euros 35 per hour.
Please note that supermarket opening hours in France are generally from 8.30am until 7.00pm, Monday – Saturday. Some open on Sunday mornings during the summer, but not all of them.
English is spoken and delivery of your car to the airport is included in the price. A representative of the company will meet you with the car keys when you land. Martine at MIDI LOCATION will be pleased to help you finding the right car for you and your family. Please contact Martine and mention our name to have privileged booking access. PLEASE BOOK AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
