The property is on 2 levels with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom on the lower level, and a guest house for 2 people on the pool terrace. The heated swimming pool has a jet stream, and there is a lovely outdoor dining table for al fresco meals.
The villa is a 5 minute drive, or 20 minute walk, from the lovely mediaeval hilltop village of Cabris, which has a boulangerie with excellent fresh bread and pastries, a newsagent with all the daily international newspapers and 5 excellent restaurants.
