This exquisite, colonial style property sit in the countryside, between Fontvieille and Paradou, and within a short drive of Les Baux de Provence, Mausanne and Arles.
The design has been based on an original colonial wooden house, with the rooms opening to large verandas on three sides, furnished with comfortable sitting and dining areas and ceiling fans, giving a wonderfully light and airy ambience. The garden is a delight, filled with many trees, palms and exotic flowers. In the front garden there is a swimming pool (10 x 4m) with sun terrace, furnished with wrought iron sun loungers. Use of a nearby tennis court is also available on request.
All the accommodation is on one level in two buildings, a main house and an adjacent guest house. Wood is predominant throughout with wooden floorboards, panelled walls and shutters on the windows. The rooms have been decorated in subtle beige and cream colours and furnished very tastefully to an extremely high standard. The large, airy living room has high beamed ceilings with ceiling fans and opens on both sides to the veranda. There is air conditioning throughout and mosquito nets on the windows.
