This wonderful villa offers a complete retreat with total peace and quiet. The nearest village is Jouques, 7 kms away, and the city of Aix en Provence is 32 kms. Surrounded by 250 hectares of private land, access is via a 3 km long road through woodland and fields, or by helicopter (there is a helipad at the property). Situated on a hillside, the views are superb over the surrounding countryside with the mountains in the background.
The house is surrounded by a well maintained lawned garden with olive trees, lavender and herbs and a large swimming pool (15 x 6m, heated on request). Built of local stone with grey shutters and recently beautifully restored throughout, the accommodation consists of a main house and a dependence on the other side of a central courtyard.
