A beautiful, contemporary villa located in the hills between the picturesque village of Gassin and the larger center of La Croix Valmer. The lovely beaches of Gigaro are within a 5 to 10 minutes drive and it's just 15 minutes into the centre of St Tropez. The villa enjoys a particularly quiet and private position at the end of a small lane with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
The villa has four bedrooms, three with en-suite bathrooms, on two floors with the rooms at both levels opening to terraces from where the views can be enjoyed. The rooms are very light and spacious, with wooden floors and large windows, and furnished to a high standard, predominantly in cream and white. On the first floor, the two sections of the house are separated by an open mezzanine area with office space. All the bedrooms have double queen-size beds.
The property is set within a large established garden planted with palms and Mediterranean shrubs. To the centre is a beautiful 11 x 5m infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi surrounded by teak decking revealing a tremendous view.
