Entrance to the property is through electric gates onto the private stone drive where there is ample parking for several cars. The bastide has a large entrance hall, a beautiful spacious sitting room/lounge and a dining room as well as a study/television room. The lounge has a spectacular large, working open fireplace & the artwork throughout the house is impressive. The well equipped kitchen leads through to the dining room so perfect for serving up those Provençal treats. There are 6 double bedrooms (3 with air conditioning) each with their own colour-themed bathrooms & a large adjoining bathroom perfect for using after a dip in the pool a sit leads directly out on to the pool area. There is a further office room, a large laundry room & an impressive wine cellar – you have to supply your own wine though unfortunately! Outside awaits a beautiful 17x5 metre heated pool and a great summer kitchen making alfresco dining possibilities endless! The rolling green gardens lead down onto a cute play area for children comprising of the usual suspects – swings, ladders etc.
Soft towels for the house, pool towels, cotton sheets, bed covers and pillows are provided. There is a daily 6 hour maid service from Monday to Friday.
