There are several excellent restaurants in Montauroux as well as the starred restaurant of Les Fontaines d’Aragon just a few minutes drive down the hill. The A8 motorway is only 3kms away, this gives access to Frejus and St. Tropez to the West, Grasse, Cannes and Nice to the East. The nearest beaches are St. Raphael and Cannes, but all the beaches of the Cote D’Azur are within easy driving distance.
The internationally renowned golf course of Terre Blanche and the equally renowned gliding centre of Fayence are but a few minutes drive away. The famous Lac de St. Cassien is within 10mns and offers windsurfing, rowing, pedaloing, swimming, fishing and has many lakeside restaurants and snack bars.
The nearby Gorges du Verdon offers many beautiful walks and sight seeing trips as well as cycling tours for the more hardy vacationers!
