This is a charming mas, situated in a quiet and secluded location, just a short walk from the centre of the very pretty and vibrant village of Maussane in the heart of Les Alpilles. The village boasts a number of very fine restaurants, bars and shops. The weekly Thursday food market is something not to be missed. Close at hand is the historic hilltop village of Les Baux-de-Provence and the stylish capital of Les Alpilles, St Remy-de-Provence.
The property is hidden behind a high wall and has wrought iron gates opening into the small pretty garden of around 400 sq metres in size. There is a 4 x 5m alarmed swimming pool to one side of the grounds which has a feature allowing one to swim against the current. There is a large terrace to the front of the house, which is part covered just in front of the kitchen for dining in the shade. There is a garage parking facility within the grounds of the property.
