The pretty villa is well situated on a hillside in Mougins just a short walk to the medieval village, famous for its restaurants and art galleries.

The villa comprises of two double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room. A comfortable living room with air-conditioning leads out onto the pool side terrace which is partly covered for outside eating for 8. The fully equipped kitchen has seating for 6, and looks over the spectacular surrounding countryside. Satellite TV (Sky), DVD and internet connection available.
The spacious apartment, with its own entrance, has a lounge area with a double sofa bed, kitchen with table and chairs for 4. The king size (180cm) bed is on a raised area leading through to the ensuite shower room. It has a private terrace with table and chairs. TV and DVD available.
There is secure parking for two cars and a petanqué court. The pretty gardens offer seasonal fruit trees and flowers.
