Villa Lavande is a pretty Provençal 5 bedroom villa located just outside the picturesque village of Mougins and is set in a pretty quiet and very private garden with pool.
The villa is composed on the ground floor of a large open plan fully equipped kitchen with plenty of work surfaces, living room and dining area giving the villa a great feeling of space. All the rooms lead out onto the large covered terrace with table and chairs overlooking the garden and pool. The villa offers two master bedrooms, one located on the ground floor with en suite bathroom and another three double rooms (possibly twins) with a family bathroom and a shower room.
The second master bedroom is located on the first floor with adjoining bathroom and balcony overlooking the garden and pool. From the outside terrace with dining table and chairs, steps lead down to the lower garden and pool.
Villa Lavande is located walking distance to the local "boulangerie" and shops, 10 minutes from Cannes and the beach, and within easy access to the highway, Nice airport and the pretty villages around!
