This exceptional villa enjoys a fabulous location just 10-12 minutes walk from Pampelonne beach and the Tropicana beachside restaurant. Very private, it is set within a well maintained lawned garden with pool.
The accommodation is on two levels with the main living area on the first floor, opening to furnished covered verandas on two sides. Access is by a spiral staircase at the front of the house, or another side staircase from the kitchen. Everything is brand new and the rooms are decorated, furnished and equipped to the highest of standards. With tiled or wooden floors, neutral furnishings and light grey painted walls, the feeling is one of light, space and great comfort. There is a very large TV in living room with all sky channels, Bose hi-fi system, with speakers inside and outside in the garden and a Playstation 3.
There is air-conditioning throughout and wi-fi internet access.
