Villa des Collines is a beautiful Provençal villa located in a quiet residential lane in the hills in Cannes. It offers accommodation up to 14 people, with a beautiful elevated terrace with dining and sitting area, sea view and a lovely Mediterranean garden with flat lawn, palm tree and a large (12x5) pool and pool terrace with summer kitchen.
The ground floor opens onto a large open plan double living area with open fire, high beamed ceiling and a separate, yet en suite dining area with table and chairs for 10 and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living a corridor leads to three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. On the first floor is a mezzanine overlooking the large living and the master bedroom with dressing, en suite bathroom and a balcony with sea view. There is an independent bedroom on the ground floor and a separate studio with a TV den on the garden level.
All rooms from the ground floor opens onto the terrace where one can enjoy dinners or drinks al fresco while enjoying the view. Stairs lead to a large pool surrounded by a lovely terrace with sun beds and a pretty fountain with mosaic, lavender and a flat lawn garden.
