The village of Céreste is situated high in the Luberon mountains at the heart of the Great Luberon National Park with fantastic views over Provence to the Verdon Gorge. The area offers much in the way of historical interest as well as activities including hiking, horse riding, cycling and rock climbing.
Dating from the 17th century, this magnificent property has been beautifully restored respecting the original style, including stone tiled or oak floors, high beamed ceilings, stone fireplaces and exposed stone walls. The comfortably furnished living/dining room has a 17th century stone pillar, and opens to the covered terrace with views over the countryside. Amenities include a sauna, satellite television, DVD, stereo and internet access.
The rooms on the main floor of the house open to a large covered terrace furnished for dining outdoors, and with views over the garden, and the Luberon. Within the garden is a swimming pool (15 x 5m, unchlorinated water), a boules court, badminton court, swings and a ping pong table.
