Located between St Remy, Avignon and Tarascon, this beautiful property, originally dating from the 15th c was once a stopping point for pilgrims on the way to Santiago de Compostela. This large mas with numerous original features, most of which are over 200 years old, is set in over 20 hectares of land, with fields to the south and hills and forest immediately behind the property to the north.
Recently renovated and re-designed the interior is very spacious with high ceilings and stone floors. The house has three different living rooms, four large bedrooms, with either air conditioning or ceiling fans, all with en-suite bathrooms, and two smaller bedrooms, ideally suited for young children or staff.
Outside, to the front of the house, there"s an original Curate"s garden, a large orchard, Etang and fields complete with donkeys. In between the two main parts of the house, close to the kitchen and dining room there"s a terrace with an attractive wrought iron table and chairs, large enough to sit 12 comfortably.
