Sea Horse Cup
12th Edition, from April 21st to 23rd, 2017.
The Societe Nautique de Saint-Tropez in conjunction with the Association "Smeralda 888" organizes the 12th edtiion of the Sea Horse Cup. Created in 2006, this event is by invitation only and is open to "Smeralda 888" which are based in Monaco. The participation of well respected competitors means that the raecs, which take place over three days in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, are not lacking in spice!
40th Edition of the Armen Festival from 3 to 12th March 2017
The Festival Armen, which was created in 1978, is an event recognised and prized with more than 70 boats competing.
The name ARMEN is a contraction of Art Mer (Sea) and Neige (snow) and of course making reference to the light of the same name.
Euro Festival Harley Davidson 2017
From 11th to 14th May 2017, the yearly Harley Davidson festival will be back in the glorious bay of Saint-Tropez ! Don't miss it !
Let yourself be charmed by the scented magic of the yellow flower ! Come and enjoy, during a weekend, the traditional mimosa festival in Sainte-Maxime.
The Mimosa Festival is the prelude to a long series of events such as the Corso de Bormes les Mimosas, the Nice Carnival or the Lemon Festival in Menton.
Saturday 4th February from 2pm : Visit of the workshops of construction of the tanks and their setting in flower.
Sunday 5th February from 2.30pm : Parade and large parade of mimosa floats on the promenade Aymeric Simon-Loriere accompanied by musical groups, ambulatory shows and costumed characters.
Free distribution of Mimosa.
Jazz in Ramatuelle
Created in 1986, Ramatuelle Jazz Festival focuses on swing jazz. It gives pride of place to American and French jazzmen, oscilliating between new discoveries and established musicians, intimate atmospheres and crazy swing jazz sessions. As well as an exclusive programme of events, including concerts in two parts with an interval, Jazz in Ramatuelle also has a Fringe festival which tirelessly promotes local musicians and delights an audiance of new music lovers with free concerts every night.
Biennale Internationale des Arts du Cirque
A month long celebration of the art of circus performance and creative expression, being hosted in Marseille and in various other cities and towns across the South East of France.
For this year 2017, the circus unfolds to wonder and surprise. The strange magic and the avant-garde burlesque come together and offer a panorama of unique creations, reflecting the diversity of aesthetic and current writings of circus arts.
From January 21 to February 19, 2017, a month dedicated to circus arts.

International Biennal of Circus Arts is the first event initiated during 2013 Marseille European Capital of Culture, to be sustained.
Concerts in the magical citadel of Saint Tropez
This festival of musical evenings in the citadel, returns for a second edition in Saint Tropez.
With both French and international artists, emerging and well established acts, in the exceptional setting of the stage area of the citadel. From 15th to 30th July Les Soirees de la Citadelle will bring nine major artists, various musical talents and song, from electro through to rap and world music.
Tour de France 2016
Running from Saturday July 2nd to Sunday July 24th 2016, the 103rd Tour de France will be made up of 21 stages and will cover a total distance of 3,519 kilometres. And eventhough they are not crossing any villages in the direct region, you can still go down to that bar, pub or restaurant and watch the races on big screens ! Enjoy !
The Long Night of Museums
The Long Night of Museums is an annual event where museums across Europe remain open late into the night, and Antibes is no exception. On this occasion, the closing time of the museums is postponed to approximately one in the morning, which allows the public to visit the participating museums by night, and guess what ! It's free !

European Heritage Days are an annual event in France where members of the public, and tourists are encourage to immerse themselves in the local history and culture. The Harley Davidson Euro Festival 2016
This is a festival of all things Harley and takes place over four days in and around St Tropez in May. There are events throughout the 4 days including a custom bike show in Grimaud and the ever popular parade when over 1000 bikes will ride through St Tropez. If you are a bike enthusiast then this is one event you can't afford to miss here in the South of France.
Les Voiles de St Tropez 2016
Come and visit St Tropez when the port is filled with majestic sailing boats, this is the Voiles de St Tropez. An annual event this is a celebration of wonderful sailing ships and also a competition between them. 24th September - 2nd October 2016. See the website for the full programme.
Grande anchoiade in St Tropez
Celebrate the end of the year and the beginning of 2016 at the traditional 'Grande anchoiade' on the port of St Tropez. At 12 midday the anchoiade is available for tasting in a free event organised by the village. Come early and wrap up warm!

The Annonciade Museum
Founded in 1922, the Annonciade Museum brings together the major masterpieces in the history of French painting, from Cross, Matisse, Derein, Marquet and others ... The collections range between 1890 and 1950 and it can just be considered as one of the first museums of modern art.
