This recently renovated 18th century farmhouse of 700sqm is located in the countryside some 3kms from the pretty market town of l`Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, famous for its antique shops and not to be missed lively Sunday market, selling, antiques- naturally, clothes and fresh Provencal produce. A short drive away is the captivating village and source of the river Sorgue, Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Whilst the Papal city of Avignon lies 40 minutes drive to the west.

The imposing south facing property is set in beautifully manicured flat parkland of some 6 hectares which features include a boules court and children`s playground. To one side of the main house sits the large and attractive pool area with heated swimming pool, covered and uncovered terracing, which features a spa, close by.
